I originally moved to Brevard in 1994 from New York to start real estate investing. It was three years into my real estate investing enterprise when I met Frank Schrader, Broker for Real Estate Direct. Frank’s positive outlook and ongoing support convinced me to acquire my Real Estate License and use the skills and experience I have acquired over the years to help other buyers find their perfect investment and have been working as an agent ever since. Now I have become the company’s senior sales associate always ready to put my skills to work for you.

After high school, I attended vocational school for residential/commercial construction in New York. Started and multi-million dollar construction services firm based in NYC. This training, coupled with his experience in commercial construction, real estate investing  and renovating homes, gives him an eye for structural details that many other agents may overlook as they may not possess the knowledge needed to identify critical details both good and/or bad. I have the ability to see through the fluff and identify negatives that may cost money in the future and the positives that will be the ingredients for a successful negotiation. My belief is that in pointing out both good and bad details will surely result in a trust with my customers that will last a lifetime.

My philosophy is long-term. It’s simple “My relationship with my client, creating a trust, is more important then the sale. The sale will come, the relationship is more important. I have built a career based not on commissions, but on an honest open approach creating a network of extremely satisfied customers who give him the highest form of praise: referrals.”

At age 58, I has been married for 39 years to a fantastic RN who works at Holmes Regional Medical Center, Case Management unit. We have raised four children in Brevard County to adulthood and have built strong roots in this county. We have two grandchildren “with hopes of more” which, he says, “speaks to my level of commitment to everything I do.”
