Dave LaDrew originally moved to Brevard in 1994 from New York to start flipping homes.

It was three years into his flipping enterprise when he met Frank Schrader, Broker for Real Estate Direct. Frank’s positive outlook and ongoing support convinced Dave to use the skills and experience he had acquired over the years to help other buyers find their perfect investment and has been working as an agent ever since.

After high school, Dave attended vocational school for residential construction. This training, coupled with his experience renovating homes and working in both residential and commercial construction, gives him an eye for structural details that many other agents may overlook. Details that may be positive, may save buyers a hassle in the future, or even those negatives that can provide an edge in negotiations with a seller–making him an ideal buyer’s agent.

At age 54, he has been married for 35 years to a fantastic RN who works at Holmes Regional Medical Center, Cardiac Care unit. They raised four children in Brevard County to adulthood and has built strong roots in this county. He has two grandchildren “with hopes of more” which, he says, “speaks to my level of commitment to everything I do.”
