JC Guzman Realtor, Property Manager

With an eager commitment to raising the bar for customer satisfaction, JC Guzman promises clients a process that is stress-free, rewarding, and most importantly successful. JC complements his knowledge of local neighborhoods with his extensive experience in finance and customer service. Prior to joining Real Estate, JC spent over 10 years in the Automotive sector working for Porsche, Audi and Volkswagen in various capacities. In 2020 JC made the transition to Real Estate, earning Licenses in Virginia, Maryland, DC and Florida. Since 2021, JC has been a full time resident of Brevard, working and owning several properties in Brevard.
When not in the office, JC enjoys kayaking, competing in Car Racing (Time Trial), traveling, and is a regular at Crossfit Viera.
JC earned a degree in Business Finance from Abilene Christian University in Texas.
